Practical Prepping Podcast

Mark & Krista Lawley

Practical Prepping Podcast is for everyday people.Helping you become prepared for whatever emergencies come our way. Where gear is good, but knowledge is better, because the more you know, the less you have to carry. Whatever the emergency, natural disaster, or man-made events which may disrupt daily life from minutes to months... from running out of gas, getting snowed in, going through a hurricane or tornado, even an extended SHTF event, we all need to be prepared. The government isn't coming to help. WE ARE ON OUR OWN! Family friendly listening, as we promise to keep it clean! We don's do bunkers with years of supplies in order to repopulate the earth after TEOTWAWKI. We aren't preparing to survive a nuclear war (probably wouldn't want to survive that one.) We do prepare to survive the actual threats that we are most likely to face, and we want to help you get prepared for the threats that you will most likely face. We'll keep it practical. That's why it is called "Practical Prepping Podcast"Website: www.practicalprepping.info produced and provided by: www.prolinedesigns.us

Here's the link:https://nvf.org/veteran-resources/In 1918, on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, an armistice, was declared between the Allied nations and Germany in World War I, then known as “the Great War.” One year later, in November 1919, U.S. President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed November 11 as the first commemoration of Armistice Day, marking the end of the conflict. In the aftermath of World War II and the Korean War, Armistice Day became known as Veterans Day.The first "Veteran's Day Parade" was in Birmingham, Al, Nov 11, 1919. It continues today, sanctioned by the National Veterans Day Foundation. Veterans often experience physical, financial, and emotional setbacks, even trauma. PTSD is common in varying degrees of intensity. If you, or someone you know, is struggling with issues, there is help available. Here's the link:https://nvf.org/veteran-resources/National Veterans FoundationThey are a great source for help with medical issues, housing, therapy, employment, support dogs, rehabilitation. In closing, thank a veteran today, and be sincere. These incredible men and women laid it all out on the line, not for themselves, but for others....We are those "others".Practical PreppingWebsite: www.practicalprepping.infoEmail at info@practicalprepping.info
