There are many ideas and opinions out there about the best ways to lose weight and keep it off. What if I told you that there is no one size fits all approach? What if I told you that just like everything else about you, this journey is specific to you and only you. That is where the true power of nutritional behavior change lies. It is within you. I have lost over 100 pounds and have kept it off. I am still on a reframing journey in my relationship with weight loss and dieting.
