Aje Hill is the Executive Director and Founder of the nonprofit, I Believe in Me Inc, based in Frederick County. Their mission is to reach at-risk youth and inspire and challenge them through programs that foster self-respect and respect for the world around them.Along with other leaders, Aje started a mobile food distribution program, Hope Boxes, which has delivered 4.1 million meals into the Frederick community and provided food to over 125,000 families. Aje strives to deter today’s youth from making the mistakes he made and prevent them from facing the same situations and consequences that he once faced.
