Health and fitness journeys are not always easy. But it is possible to have success and stay on track. Like a lot of people, I too struggle with being consistent with working out and eating healthy. But I have done it several times. I have successfully lost 20+lbs five different times in the last tens years So I know what works and what doesn't work for me. In this episode I share what those things are and I hope that maybe some of these tips can work for you too. No matter what your fitness goals are, losing weight, gaining muscle, brand new to working out, I think anyone could benefit from this episode.
