Communicable Attributes

Eden: “Delight” or “Place of abundant waters”

Garden: Septuagint’s translation—paradeisos—is used in the New Testament as the eternal home for believers (Revelation 2:7).

Work is a spiritual ministry of service to the Lord.

Two Trees: Tree of Life and Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

The first commandment was given in the context of gracious provision.
