Stop worrying, feeling stressed, or having anxiety?
People desperately grasping for tools and techniques to get peace of mind.
Coming away from their feelings and experience.
Finding ways to cope at their best.
But that is like trying to get the water surface calm without ripples by throwing more stones in the water.
But it’s all done innocently and with a good intention. We all are doing our best in every moment.
So to experience peace of mind, calmness, wellbeing, and resilience we need to stop looking outside for the solution.
The solution is to understand and see for ourselves that we already have what we seek inside of us, it’s innate."
