Mission as a Concept with Gerard Amaro
When does talking about mission become just more talk?  Gerard Amaro, Executive Director and Chief Revenue Officer of Conquest, joins co-hosts Jeff Engle and Carmen Brooks to talk about mission as a concept in episode 7 of the Conquest podcast “All the War They Want.”  During Gerard’s 27 years in business, he became interested in what it takes to make a business successful. He and Jeff both agree that a mission needs to be more than a cliché, more than words strung together to make a sentence. To be a guiding light, it needs every employee to believe in it and then take actions that align to that mission.  - Learn more about Conquest Cyber: https://conquestcyber.com  - Join the waitlist for Jeff Engle’s new book, All the War They Want: https://info.conquestcyber.com/all-the-war-they-want   For more unconventional insights on cybersecurity and business, listen and subscribe to “All the War They Want” on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.  -  DISCLAIMER: “All the War They Want” is property of Conquest Cyber.
