She is a co-founder of FHREE (Full Human-Rights Experience Education) She also supports the international move towards public school transformation. She wrote the book "What If School Creates DYSlexia?"

H. D. Nicolay is an educator and family therapist. He has been working in his own practice, and schools at national and international level since 1996.
