In this weeks episode, coaches Katie and James discuss the Big Half Marathon held in London by the London Marathon Events organisers.
This years race is on the 4th September, starting at Tower Bridge and finishing at Cutty Sark. In this episode we discuss the race, the course and how you can run it to your favour, training in the lead up, tapering and just general advice on how to get the most out of training for a half marathon.
