Friends Friday Fun Podcast

Aug 5 2022 • 16 mins

What a wonderful conversation I had with this new to me young friend, Caiden Carrasco. Find out how he shifted a negative into a positive when he was not able to play his passion sport, hockey during the lockdown of 2020.  Shifting his focus to a healthier lifestyle with a commitment to not eat chips for now 3 years! He is an inspiration to his family and friends. Together we discuss the importance of the 1st C of Success "Commitment".  Wrap up your week in a fun way with the FANtastic joke he brings to the show.

Caiden Carrasco is 11yrs old and is going into Grade 6 French immersion at Elmdale Public School.  He is a terrific big brother to his younger sister, Adi. He is a really hard worker and is passionate about school, athletics, fishing and social activities.
