In 2016, after being diagnosed with Lupus, Amy launched Cali’flour Foods and introduced the first cauliflower pizza crust to the market when only a head of cauliflower could be found in grocery stores. The brand took the food industry by storm, going from farmers markets to grocery stores across America, and spearheading what would become a billion dollar industry category. Cali’flour was the number 1 pizza crust sold on Amazon for 16 months straight from 2018-2019.
