I wanted to sit down and discuss men's mental health. I feel like this issue isn't discussed enough so I wanted to express my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The world needs more transparency and realness instead of being PC. I hope more men will find a safe space to release their anger, frustration, fear and so forth in a healthy way without being judged. Too many men over the years expressed themselves in a violent way due to not having a safe space to talk. So many men have committed suicide due to not having an outlet.

Ishues is a boxing trainer and battle rapper from Jersey. Moving down south proved to be a challenge since he did not sound like the local rappers in that area. As time progressed and the more he got his name floating around he begin to gain more respect within the community. Besides battle rapping, boxing is something that was embedded in him due to his family boxing/martial arts background so how could he not get involved himself.
