Today we sit down with Ret’d ACC Kerrin Wilson QPM.


Kerrin began her policing career in Northumbria Police before moving to Cleveland Police, then North Yorkshire and Durham Constabulary and completing this in Lincolnshire. She's had an incredible and varied career with extensive international experience working in conflict zones including Baghdad, Iraq to reviewing police responses to terrorism in Sydney, Australia.


She's proudly worked with and supported numerous international law enforcement colleagues across the globe. Leading on diversity matters nationally within policing, especially in respect of Race and Gender. A former national police lead for Professionalizing Investigations (PIP) and for Women of Colour in Policing (WoCiP).


It was an honor to sit down and discuss such an incredible career and a true asset to policing.
