A Conversation with Kamilla Pinel, ACC

A Conversation with Kamilla Pinel, ACC
In this episode, I had a candid conversation with Kamilla Pinel, founder of You Dream, You Do Coaching. She is a certified life, energy, and leadership coach with over a decade of experience in the corporate world. As an immigrant, she built her life from the ground up in the United States by following her own unique recipe for success. Setting, visualizing, and reaching her goals became her second nature. Even if the exact "how" wasn't always clear at the outset, she always had a knowing that her dreams would materialize, and they did, often in the most unexpected ways.Yet, with each achievement, she felt a growing sense of dissatisfaction. She soon realized that many of those dreams and goals weren't truly hers; they were socially imposed norms or the dreams her parents had for her. The happiness and celebration that followed felt hollow like mere check-boxes being ticked off. It was time for a change. She embarked on a two-year journey of self-discovery. From therapies to energy practices, assessments, coaching, and even hypnosis, she left no stone unturned in my quest to understand what true happiness meant to her.In her coaching program, Kamilla uses that exact recipe to guide her clients in self-discovery and realization of their innermost goals. Download this episode now to hear Kamilla's story, and I am sure you will gain some great insights for your journey.  If you are interested in being a guest on the Podcast, please send an email to president@icf-sandiego.com.
