As a trainer we have heard it time and time again. The one area that everyone seems to want to change the most is their midsection, also known as the CORE! However, when individuals say that they want a “tight core” most are only thinking about their abdominal muscles. I mean seriously, who does not want a nice six-pack?! We totally get it! As trainers, when we talk about the core it is oh so much more!
