From leading in corporate boardrooms to instructing on the hardwood floor or motivating in the classroom, Tracy A. Jones has turned a passion for developing dynamic individuals through athletics into an emerging social enterprise.  Before dedicating his efforts full-time to the T. Alexander Foundation, Mr. Jones was employed for seven years in the public accounting industry as an external auditor. Mr. Jones received a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Sports Management from Widener University and a Masters in Nonprofit/NGO Leadership from the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania.
