Pentagon is a six-piece show band that plays rock 'n' roll and rhythm and blues. Formed in 1971, the band showcases music from Wilson Picket, Buddy Holly, U2 and much more.In early 1971, Rich Clare asked long time friend Jim Colestock to form what would become Rich Clare Pentagon. During the 20 years Rich Clare Pentagon traveled, they became a mainstay in the Atlantic City Casinos, played Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Puerto Rico. They also appeared on a Showtime special entitled "Steve Allen Live on the QE2".In 1991 the band came off the road to call it farewell. At the 20th reunion concert at Hershey Park, the attendance was so amazing that Hershey asked the band to return to perform every summer.
