Robyn Smith is an award-winning speaker, a leading trauma and relationship coach for women and founder of the Rock Your Relationship movement.

Inspired by her own thriving 22-year relationship with her husband, she is helping thousands of women transform from frustrated to fulfilled by creating deeper, loving and conscious connections for greater life satisfaction and happiness.

She helps her clients unwind layers of complex trauma and dysfunctional patterns that have interfered with their ability to enjoy ease and harmony in their relationships, so they can feel connected, happy and whole.

She teaches what she calls The Yoga of Healthy Relationships and Embodied Communication skills, drawing on over 28 years of teaching yoga and practicing meditation, 10 years of embodied coaching and her 15 years of practice and training in classical and neo-Tantra.

Robyn founded Conscious Thriving Relationships, the Rock Your Relationship women’s coaching immersion, and the Rock Your Relationship Sisterhood, a thriving free Facebook community of women supporting each other to up-level their relationships and learn from Robyn’s free trainings.

She specializes in working with women and couples around issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, difficult relationship dynamics, communication and emotional challenges.

She and her husband recently moved to Costa Rica where they’re beginning the next level of living their dreams.
